Open-die forging

Open-die forging technology is perfect for flawless and efficient manufacturing of individual and small series parts such as shafts, flanged shafts, plates, bars, bushings or shaped components.

It generally does not require tools, nor involves setup costs. High strength, and therefore the loading capacity of the component, is achieved through the appropriate grain flow.

Depending on material quality, the unit weights range from approx. 2 to 2000 kg. Our specialities are open-die forged components made from aluminium with the brand nameAluForge.This trademarked brand stands for high quality aluminium products. The unit weights range from approx. 2 to 800 kg.
