Portal measurement machine Wenzel LH1512/CNC
With the premium model of the new Wenzel machine, we can now also measure the precision parts we manufacture on our machines.
The CNC-controlled machine essentially comprises the base plate, the 3 machine shafts, the button sys-tem with measurement keys, the 3/4-shaft continuous path control, the control console with PC software and analysis software.
The 3-co-ordinate measurement machine has motorised shafts mounted on high-quality air duct ele-ments. The base plate, traverse and centre sleeve are made from natural hard stone, whereby all shafts display the same thermal behaviour. An automatic temperature balance with sensors on device shafts and work piece ensures the highest degree of measurement accuracy.
